RiderShield provides ride monitoring, crash detection, emergency notification workflows, live tracking, forensic ride reconstruction, and AI-assisted reporting.

2. Beta Access & Sublicensee Disclosure

During beta testing, RiderShield access may be facilitated through:

4. Cloud Hosting & Security

All RiderShield cloud infrastructure is hosted within the United States.

Security safeguards include:

• Append-only logging for forensic data (where applicable)

5. Forensic Integrity & Chain-of-Custody

RiderShield may generate structured ride records intended to assist in post-incident review.

To preserve integrity:

• Ride logs may be stored in append-only format
• Server timestamps may supplement device timestamps
• Cryptographic hash verification may be used
• Access to forensic data may be logged
• AI reports may be generated for analytical purposes

RiderShield does not guarantee legal admissibility but implements reasonable safeguards to support integrity.

6. RiderShield Overwatch

Overwatch allows rider-selected contacts to:

• Track live rides
• Receive enhanced safety alerts
• Receive crash notifications

Tracking ends automatically when a ride ends and can be revoked at any time by the rider.

7. Data Retention

• Ride data retained until user deletion
• Forensic audit logs retained as necessary for safety or compliance
