• - False positives or missed events may occur
• - Alerts to emergency contacts may be delayed or fail due to connectivity issues
• - GPS location may be inaccurate or unavailable in certain areas

2. Rider Responsibility

By using RiderShield, you acknowledge that:

• - You are solely responsible for your own safety while riding
• - You must always wear proper safety gear and follow traffic laws
• - You must not rely on the app as your only means of emergency communication
• - RiderShield does not replace professional emergency services (911 or local equivalent)

3. Beta Product Notice

RiderShield is currently in beta testing. Features may be incomplete, unreliable, or change without notice. Data collected during the beta period is used to improve detection accuracy, reduce false positives, and enhance safety features. By participating in the beta, you accept that the product may not perform as expected in all conditions.

4. No Medical or Legal Advice

RiderShield does not provide medical, legal, or insurance advice. Any data, reports, or analysis provided by the app are for informational purposes only and should not be used as the sole basis for medical treatment, legal decisions, or insurance claims without consulting the appropriate professionals.

RS Technology Group LLC, its officers, employees, and partners are not liable for any injury, death, property damage, or other loss arising from the use or inability to use RiderShield, including but not limited to failure of crash detection, delayed alerts, or inaccurate data.

RiderShield may integrate with third-party services (mapping, messaging, emergency contacts). We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these services and are not responsible for their performance.

By downloading, installing, or using the RiderShield app or hardware, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Safety Disclaimer along with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
