2. Beta Status Disclosure

RiderShield is currently offered as a Beta Service. Features may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time.

3. Nature of Service

RiderShield provides:

  • Ride monitoring
  • Crash detection
  • Emergency notification workflows
  • AI-assisted ride reports
  • Forensic data summaries
  • Overwatch live tracking

The Service is supplemental and does not guarantee detection of incidents.

4. No Emergency Service Guarantee

RiderShield is not a replacement for emergency services and does not guarantee notification delivery. Service reliability depends on device battery, hardware, connectivity, and third-party systems.

5. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

  • Maintain charged devices
  • Provide accurate emergency contact information
  • Obtain consent from emergency contacts
  • Use the Service lawfully
  • Practice safe riding

6. Forensic Report Disclaimer

Ride reports:

  • Are informational
  • May include automated or AI-generated analysis
  • Are not certified accident reconstructions
  • Do not constitute legal advice

7. Beta Liability Limitation

For Beta Users, RS Technology Group LLC's total cumulative liability shall not exceed $100 USD, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. General Limitation of Liability

RS Technology Group LLC shall not be liable for failure to detect incidents, delayed notifications, outages, data loss, personal injury, death, or property damage.

9. Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the State of California under AAA rules. Users waive the right to jury trial and participation in class actions.

10. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RS Technology Group LLC from claims arising from misuse of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
